Dome : The most important ingredient. We use polyurethane chemistry developed after years of trial-and-error combined with our proprietary dispensing techniques. The result is a bubble-free, clear, high-gloss, flexible lens that will outperform other domed labels often made of inferior epoxy resin that yellows, shrinks and hardens over time. Our urethane dome will actually absorb impact and rebound to its original shape instead of scratching making it more scratch resistant than most metals.

Print Image : Most images are printed using full-color digital printing with outdoor-durable inks allowing for little or no color change even after years of full exposure to the elements. Additional printing options are available to include photographic quality, metallic foils, holographic designs, embossing and other special effects.

Background: The printing surface for the domed image is a non-porous film typically of fade-resistant polyester or vinyl . Film options include white, sliver, brushed sliver, matte silver, clear, reflective. 

Adhesive : The thick dome on top of the label makes it necessary to use a considerably thicker adhesive than an un-domed label.  We stock a wide variety of adhesives designed for dome applications including permanent, heat-fusing, static cling, removable, textile, optically clear.

Liner : Usually the liner is rather unimportant, but that is not true for domed labels. The extra dimension of a domed label makes the label come off the liner more easily than a traditional un-domed label. To avoid labels falling off the liner prematurely during shipping, our company  formulates the silicone release on the liner specifically for domed labels.
